Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2025

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Worklogr application and website (worklogr.app), operated by Andrew Barber, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using Worklogr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Worklogr is a desktop time-tracking application that integrates with Jira and Tempo Timesheets. It allows you to log working time from your menu bar and sync entries to your Jira instance.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Free trial and subscription

Worklogr offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at the current rate of $3/month or $30/year. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

  • Payments are processed securely by Polar.sh . We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. Your data

Worklogr connects to your Jira instance using credentials you provide. Your Jira data is accessed directly between the application on your device and your Jira instance - we do not store or have access to your Jira credentials or work log data on our servers.

For details on what data we do collect, see our Privacy Policy .

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep Worklogr available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via hello@worklogr.app .

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklogr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
